Commissioner Pogorzelski is recognized for his community engagement and advocacy to protect the environment and waterways during an inspiring two years at the MWRD.

During her service to the MWRD, Commissioner Spyropoulos championed fiscal responsibility, transparency and an environmentally progressive policy for the MWRD.

MWRD staff will facilitate dialogue and work with members to promote transparency and explore partnership opportunities.

The four green alley are designed to mitigate flooding while demonstrating the long-term benefits of green infrastructure to the local community.
