Metropolitan Water Reclamation District of Greater Chicago

WBBM-CBS Chicago: The Metropolitan Water Reclamation District is getting ready for tonight's storms by lowering the water levels within the Chicago area waterway system. It's also relying on reservoirs like this one in McCook. It's pretty empty right now, but it has the capacity to hold 3.5 billion gallons.
