Please note the following:
If this is a student presentation, there must always be a teacher or staff member present.
If a student ambassador will accompany the guest speaker to the next classroom or will need to travel with them to provide direction, please assign student pairs when possible.
Although a minimum three-week notice is requested, all requests submitted will be reviewed and considered for MWRD participation.
If your event is a fair or informational expo that does not require a speaker, please fill out a
Community Event Representative form.
