The 12th Annual Sustainability Summit is scheduled for Tuesday, October 29 from 10 a.m. to noon at the Stickney Water Reclamation Plant Auditorium. The Summit provides an essential platform for municipalities, partners, and the public to learn about MWRD initiatives, and in particular, stormwater management best practices. The event will feature insightful presentations from experts and will recognize outstanding achievements in sustainable landscaping. Registration and light refreshments start at 9:30 a.m., followed by the official program at 10 a.m. The agenda is currently in formation.
