PUBLIC NOTICE

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and the significant risks associated with the Delta variant and in order to protect the health and safety of the public and staff, please be advised that until further notice, all individuals attending meetings of the Board of Commissioners of the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District of Greater Chicago, including the next Regular Meeting on Thursday, October 21, 2021 at 10:30 a.m., will be required, as a condition of entry, to provide a government issued photo ID and proof that (1) they are fully vaccinated for COVID-19 or (2) they have tested negative for COVID-19 within 72 hours of the start of the Board Meeting.

Acceptable proof of full vaccination would include the individual’s vaccination card obtained at the time of vaccination or a scan or photograph of the card. Acceptable proof of testing negative for COVID-19 within 72 hours of the Board Meeting, requires a paper or electronic document showing a negative PCR test result within the required time frame.

Members of the public that are unable to attend meetings in-person are encouraged to participate by visiting mwrd.org and viewing the proceedings via live stream.  They also can view the meeting in the lobby of the 100 East Erie Building.
